English – Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived a clever fox. One day, while wandering in search of food, he fell into a deep pit. He tried hard to get out, but the walls were too steep. He was trapped and hungry.

Soon, a goat came passing by. She heard the fox crying and looked down into the pit. The fox quickly thought of a plan. He said, “Hello, friend! This pit is magical. It keeps you cool and safe from the heat. I came down here to rest. Why don’t you join me?”

The goat, curious and tired from the heat, believed the fox and jumped in. As soon as she landed, the fox jumped on her back and leaped out of the pit.

The goat was shocked and shouted, “You tricked me! Now I’m stuck here!”

The fox laughed and said, “Next time, think before you act. Use your brain before you believe someone blindly.” And he ran away into the forest.

The goat sat sadly in the pit, realizing her mistake. She had trusted someone without thinking. The fox, although clever, used his intelligence to deceive others.

This story teaches us to think before we act and to be careful whom we trust. Intelligence should be used wisely and not to harm others.

हिंदी – एक घने जंगल में एक चालाक लोमड़ी रहती थी। एक दिन वह भोजन की तलाश में घूम रही थी कि अचानक एक गहरे गड्ढे में गिर गई। उसने बहुत कोशिश की बाहर निकलने की, लेकिन गड्ढे की दीवारें बहुत ऊँची थीं। वह फंस गई और भूखी भी थी।

थोड़ी देर बाद, एक बकरी वहाँ से गुज़री। उसने लोमड़ी की आवाज़ सुनी और गड्ढे में झाँक कर देखा। लोमड़ी ने तुरंत एक योजना बनाई। उसने कहा, “अरे मित्र! यह गड्ढा तो जादुई है। यहाँ ठंडक भी है और आराम भी। मैं खुद यहाँ आराम करने आई हूँ। तुम भी नीचे आ जाओ।”

बकरी धूप से परेशान थी और लोमड़ी की बातों में आ गई। वह गड्ढे में कूद पड़ी। जैसे ही बकरी नीचे पहुँची, लोमड़ी ने उसके पीठ पर छलांग लगाई और गड्ढे से बाहर निकल गई।

बकरी हैरान रह गई और बोली, “तुमने मुझे धोखा दिया! अब मैं यहाँ फँस गई हूँ!”

लोमड़ी हँसते हुए बोली, “अगली बार किसी की बात मानने से पहले सोच लेना। बिना सोचे समझे किसी पर भरोसा मत करना।” और वह जंगल की ओर भाग गई।

बकरी गड्ढे में बैठी पछताती रही। उसने बिना सोचे समझे किसी पर विश्वास किया और नुकसान उठाया। लोमड़ी ने अपनी समझदारी का गलत उपयोग किया।

यह कहानी हमें सिखाती है कि सोच-समझकर ही कोई कदम उठाना चाहिए और हर किसी पर आँख बंद करके भरोसा नहीं करना चाहिए।
