Geeta: Sir, my name is Geeta Sharma. I have completed my B.A. from Delhi University and have one year of experience in telecalling and customer service. I enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their issues, and providing them with appropriate solutions. I am fluent in Hindi and English and believe in maintaining a positive attitude while communicating. My strong communication skills and problem-solving ability make me a good fit for this role.
Interviewer: That’s great! What inspired you to pursue a career in telecalling?
Geeta: Sir, I have always been interested in communication and helping people resolve their issues. When I started working in telecalling, I realized that this job not only helps customers but also plays a crucial role in the growth of a company. This role gives me the opportunity to connect with people, understand their needs, and provide them with satisfactory solutions.
Interviewer: In your opinion, what qualities should a successful telecaller possess?
Geeta: Sir, a successful telecaller must have excellent communication skills, patience, and good listening ability. They should have the ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Additionally, they should believe in teamwork and remain calm even in stressful situations.
Interviewer: Very nice! Can you give an example of a challenging situation you have handled successfully?
Geeta: Yes, once a customer was dissatisfied with our product and was very angry. I patiently listened to their concerns, understood their problem, and provided them with the right solution. By maintaining a calm and positive approach, not only was the customer satisfied, but they also assured us of continuing business with us in the future.
Interviewer: Well done! Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
Geeta: Sir, in the next five years, I see myself as a Senior Customer Service Manager, where I can contribute to improving customer satisfaction and telecalling processes. I want to enhance my skills further and play a vital role in the growth of the organization.
