Aditya: Yes, Sir. I have a particular interest in corporate law and contract law. I have assisted companies with contract drafting, negotiation, and legal compliance. Additionally, I have represented clients in both civil and criminal cases.
Interviewer: Excellent! Can you tell us about a case that was particularly challenging for you?
Aditya: Yes, Sir. I worked on a business contract dispute where a conflict of ₹50 crore was involved. I conducted legal research, gathered evidence, and facilitated a beneficial settlement between both parties, resolving the matter outside the court.
Interviewer: If a client approaches you for legal advice, what process do you follow?
Aditya: Sir, first, I understand the client’s issue and review the necessary legal documents. Then, I explain the legal options available and formulate the best strategy in their interest.
Interviewer: What is your primary strategy when arguing a case in court?
Aditya: Sir, I thoroughly study the case and gather strong evidence. I use legal precedents and present my arguments in a logical and clear manner to persuade the judge.
