English – Once upon a time, a flock of pigeons lived together in a forest. They were good friends and always searched for food as a group. One morning, they were flying over the forest when they saw grains scattered under a big tree.

The leader pigeon said, “Look! So much grain. Let’s go down and eat.” All the pigeons happily landed on the ground and began to eat the grains.

But suddenly, they felt something tighten around their legs. It was a trap! A hunter had spread a net and placed grains as bait. The pigeons were caught in the net and began to panic.

“We are trapped! What do we do now?” one pigeon cried. They all flapped their wings and tried to escape, but the net held them tight.

Then, the wise leader said, “Don’t panic. If we try together, we can escape. Let’s all fly at the same time with the net.”

At once, all the pigeons flapped their wings in unity. They lifted the net and flew high into the sky, surprising the hunter, who ran after them in vain.

The pigeons flew to a faraway place where their friend, a mouse, lived. They called him and explained their situation. The mouse quickly came and gnawed through the net, one thread at a time, and soon the pigeons were free.

They thanked the mouse and flew away happily.

हिंदी – एक समय की बात है, एक जंगल में कबूतरों का एक झुंड रहता था। वे अच्छे दोस्त थे और हमेशा एक साथ भोजन की तलाश में उड़ते थे।

एक सुबह वे उड़ते हुए जा रहे थे कि उन्होंने एक पेड़ के नीचे बहुत सारे दाने बिखरे हुए देखे।

नेता कबूतर ने कहा, “देखो! कितने सारे दाने हैं। चलो नीचे चलते हैं और खाते हैं।” सारे कबूतर खुशी-खुशी ज़मीन पर उतर गए और दाने खाने लगे।

लेकिन अचानक उनके पैरों में कुछ कसाव महसूस हुआ। यह एक जाल था! एक शिकारी ने जाल बिछाया था और दाने फेंक कर फँसाने की चाल चली थी। सारे कबूतर उस जाल में फँस गए और घबरा गए।

“हम फँस गए! अब क्या करें?” एक कबूतर बोला। सभी अपने पंख फड़फड़ाने लगे, लेकिन जाल मज़बूत था।

तभी उनके समझदार नेता ने कहा, “डरो मत। अगर हम सब मिलकर एक साथ कोशिश करें तो हम बच सकते हैं। चलो, सभी एक साथ उड़ने की कोशिश करो।”

सभी कबूतरों ने एक साथ पंख फड़फड़ाए और जाल को उठाकर आसमान में उड़ गए। शिकारी हैरान रह गया और उनका पीछा करता रहा, लेकिन उन्हें पकड़ नहीं सका।

कबूतर दूर एक जगह पहुँचे जहाँ उनका चूहा मित्र रहता था। उन्होंने उसे पुकारा और अपनी हालत बताई। चूहा तुरंत आया और अपने दाँतों से जाल को काटना शुरू किया।

धीरे-धीरे, उसने पूरा जाल काट दिया और सारे कबूतर आज़ाद हो गए।

कबूतरों ने चूहे का धन्यवाद किया और खुशी-खुशी उड़ गए।
